Clarke Global Logistics will continue to operate business as usual

The Federal and State Government has deemed that only essential businesses remain open in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.  Freight and logistics operations are one of the business types that are allowed to remain open in order to ensure that Australia’s supply chains are unaffected.

Clarke Global Logistics will continue to operate business as usual with international trade on-going in countries such as China, Italy and Spain.  Ports and airports still have cargo moving, however on reduced schedules/services due to cargo volumes as factories were closed.

In the office, we have put in place measures to manage how to work during this time, including having some employees work from home where necessary.  Employees working from home will continue to be contactable on their mobiles or by email. Staff handling goods must wear disposable gloves and a face mask when doing deliveries, with the delivery vehicle frequently cleaned.
