The China Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA) entered into force on 20th December 2015.  The agreement was signed on 17th June, 2015 in Canberra by Australia’s Minister for Trade and Investment Andrew Robb, and the Chinese Commerce Minister, Mr Gao Hucheng.

The increased trade with China should create more Australian jobs and deliver opportunities for businesses, both export and import.
