Recently I had to ship my vehicle from South America to Australia. I sent off requests for quotes to 17 Agents. Everybody was putting my request into the too hard basket. Having several refusals from other customs clearing agents who all said that they only dealt with commercial shipments I was ready for another refusal. But Dwayne Decouto took it all in his stride and told me it would not be a problem, and from my perspective it really was not a problem from then on. Dwayne and his team handled everything.
